What we collect

We only collect what we need to look after you and your request:

• What you give us when you book, call, text or email: your name, phone number, email, what you need help with, and when you would like it done.
• What you tell us after a visit, such as a star rating and any comments.
• How you use this website: the pages you visit, your device and browser, the site or ad that brought you here, and whether you booked. We collect this with our own website analytics and cookies.

How we use it

• To answer you, book your appointment and do the work you asked for.
• To call or text you about your appointment, your request, estimates and updates.
• To ask how we did after a visit.
• To understand which pages and ads bring customers in, so we can improve them.

Text messages

When you tick the consent box on our booking form, Absolute Tree Service and Property Management LLC may text you about your appointment and your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share your phone number. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the companies that deliver our messages for us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Companies that run our booking, messaging and website for us, which may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, which receive limited information (for example that a visit led to a booking, and a scrambled, hashed form of your email or phone) so we can measure our ads. They do not receive your texts.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technology to count visits and measure which ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any text to stop receiving them.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records for as long as we need them to look after your request and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations, then we delete them.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
